Saudi-led coalition forces intercepted and destroyed multiple ballistic missiles and explosive-laden drones launched by Houthi militia targets across several regions of the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Taif, and the coastal hub of Yanbu.

The latest wave of interceptions follows sustained cross-border barrages targeting civilian transit hubs, urban centers, and energy infrastructure. Royal Saudi Air Defense units successfully engaged incoming targets over the Eastern Province, Najran, and western provinces, preventing direct strikes on critical facilities. Official coalition statements confirmed that defensive systems effectively neutralized the aerial threats before reaching their intended targets.

The heightened barrage comes amid a sharp escalation in cross-border hostilities following the breakdown of regional truce terms. Regional defense forces remain on high alert across key airspace sectors to safeguard civilian infrastructure and defend regional stability against continued missile and drone operations.
